Oculus Prime® contains important ingredients such as the carotenoids lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin and anthocyanins, ­protecting the eyes from the effects of blue light. The main ingredients

AstaReal® A1010 Micro algae powder
Astaxanthin of the green micro algae Haematococcus pluvialis is a natural carotenoid. In addition to its antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties, astaxanthin improves supply of the eye with nutrients and oxygen, supporting renewal of the cell tissue. This way, it promotes regeneration of the eye and counteracts fatigue of the eye.

Mirtoselect® Bilberry extract
Bilberry extract is rich in anthocyanins, a natural plant dye that supports vision. As an effective antioxidant, it protects the eye from the influence of free radicals. In addition to improved circulation of the eyeball and the resulting improved nutrient supply, anthocyanins support a healthy tear flow. All of this effectively protects from fatigue of the eyes. Accommodation and adjustment to darkness, as well as contrast sensitivity are also positively influenced.

Lutemax™ 20/20 Marigold extract
The natural marigold extract contains the macula carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin. Its intake increases the pigmentation density in the macula and promotes eye health. They also absorb a wide range of blue light and thereby reduce the harmful effects caused by long-term use of blue-light emitting screens. This also promotes the quality of sleep, since blue light negatively affects production of the sleep hormone melatonin.
